Dripstop's core products and services
Product Application
Dripstop® (滴止达) is a condensation control solution for uninsulated, single-layer metal
roofing systems. It involves the development, production, and sale of condensation
control membranes self-adhesive membranes laminated onto metal roofing panels
during the roll-forming process.
The products are primarily used in construction, industrial, agricultural, and livestock
applications. At the core of the solution is a high-performance moisture-absorbing
nonwoven structure. When condensation forms on the underside of a metal roof, the
membrane rapidly absorbs the water droplets and temporarily stores the moisture. As air
circulation resumes, the moisture is naturally released through evaporation, effectively
preventing condensation from dripping into the building.
Features
Dripstop® provides condensation absorption, drip prevention, auxiliary moisture
protection, noise reduction, and, where applicable, thermal insulation benefits. It is easy
to process and install and helps minimize the impact of condensation on roofing systems
and the interior environment.
Standards and Testing
Dripstop® has undergone relevant performance testing and has obtained a
corresponding test report (Report No. TH16F-2500001). According to the supplied test
information, the product has an A2 fire classification and complies with GB 8624-2012
and EN 13501-1 requirements, supporting long-term building safety and durability. The
relevant performance testing covers both Chinese national and European standards.
Note: The fire classification should be confirmed against the specific product and test
report before publication, as Dripstop® product variants may have different fire
classifications.
